Recent Projects Spotlight: SF Unviersity
Did you know that Duracite has been a part of many major commercial projects which you have probably seen around the Northern California market? In fact, we recently renovated the San Francisco University cafeteria. We fabricated and installed 50 sheets in just one week! It was a team effort between Duracite and the Millwork. President Fadi Halabi states, "I am proud of the way our team and the millwork acted as a team to accomplish such as an amazing project. I think San Francisco University students and alumni will enjoy the facility and Caesar Stone surfaces will add a unique elegance to the design."
Saratoga Soapstone: A Naturally Great Choice
Nothing accents a kitchen like stone countertops, especially that of naturally-mined Saratoga Soapstone from Artisan Group. Composed primarily of talc, chlorite, dolomite and magnetite, soapstone is stain- and heat-resistant. Soapstone stands out among other stone counters in that it is easier to custom-cut, and is non-porous, requiring no sealer. When oiled, soapstone’s natural, flowing color veins are accentuated.

Heritage Wood Presents Two New Colors

Rustic Walnut |

Bubinga |
Out with one old, and in with two new styles of Heritage Wood! Surface Products is proud to announce two new additions to our lineup.
Rustic Walnut:
This rich walnut from the Midwestern United States is a “knottier” version of the Black Walnut. The color profile is rich dark brown to purplish-black. It is mostly straight-grained, but with wavy or curly grain occasionally present.
Bubinga:
Heritage has done away with Brazilian Cherry, and replaced it with Bubinga. Also known as African Rosewood, this dense wood has a medium red-brown color profile and veins of light red to purple.
